Law 10: How to control your mind


     Try these techniques referencing how to control your mind:

Decide and define

  • Define your goal and your language.  
  • Decide on what you want and use language that enables that goal to play itself into your life.
  • Describe it "down to the molecule."

Always say "Thank you"

  • Say "Thank you" in advance of the tangible evidence of your gift.
  • Congratulate yourself  in advance of the physical proof. Do this in front of a mirror (preferably when no one is around or they'll think you're crazy).


Learn How to Control your mind through target acquistion

  • Decide on ONE, and only ONE target at a time.
  • Complete that target.  See it as a finished product.
  • Understand and expect that setbacks, delays, and detours may show up but nothing is sufficiently capable of stopping you from the completion of your objective.
  • See your target in its fully completed form.  Give it life as it exists in your mind.


Keep it to yourself

  • Go tell no one.  There are plenty of people who surround you every day who are too willing to shut your dreams down.  Keep it to yourself and let them see the finished product.
  • Cut away all toxic people, places, events, and thoughts.
  • Cut away non-beneficial people, places, events, and thoughts.


Reprogram yourself

  • Reprogram yourself through hypnosis.
  • Reprogram yourself through audio messaging.
  • Reprogram yourself through visual cues.


Train yourself

  • Train like an Olympic athlete who has hopes of winning a gold medal and setting records even though that goal may be  4 or 8 years away.
  • Cut away all foods and drink that does not serve your body and mind and otherwise serves no purpose.


Go within yourself to go outside yourself

  • Constant prayer or meditation.  It is not my concern to whom you pray, if indeed, you acknowledge a creative being at all.  I leave that to you.  If you choose not to acknowledge a creative being then there is meditation and calming your mind by seeing and feeling your target.

Write it out

  • Write your target every morning.
  • Write your diary before it takes place. 
  • Write, in specific detail, why you want what you want.  
  • What are you willing to go through to get it?  
  • What is your stopping point? 
  • What is your point of no return?


List your Questions

  • Construct a list of questions that lead to your target.  For example, "How great do I feel now that I have accomplished ________?"  Or, "Who did I become in order to achieve ____________?" .... you get the picture.  
  • Make as many questions as your mind can create about your target.
  • Construct your questions in the present or past tense, never in the future tense.

Sing it

  • Come up with a slogan that only you can recite, make a chant, a song, or a rhyme that describes your target.


Consume it

  • Consume what is beneficial to your cause.  That goes beyond eating and drinking.  
  • Consumption implies what  seeing, hearing, singing, feeling, and to whom you listen.

Practice 

  • Practice how to control your mind daily
  • Give away whatever you want or desire and it will return to you even more.
